Who we are
Donguté Group of Companies Ltd (RC /B/083 of 26 August 2025) is a limited company registered in Cameroon, trading from Mile 2, Former Guarantee, Limbe, Fako Division, South West Region, Cameroon. We operate this website, our shop, our feed mill and hatchery, and Donguté Training Academy.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to take your order, deliver it, and answer you afterwards.
Information you give us
- Your name, phone number and, if you choose to give one, your email address.
- The delivery address or pickup branch for your order.
- What you ordered, the quantity, and what you paid.
- Anything you write in a contact, investor or training registration form.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data your browser sends (device type, browser, and the pages you view), used to keep the site working and to see which products people look for.
- A cart cookie, so the basket you filled is still there when you come back.
- Your language choice, so the site stays in English or French as you selected.
Why we use it
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to reach you if there is a problem with it.
- To arrange delivery, including passing your name, phone number and address to the driver or transport partner carrying your goods.
- To answer enquiries, investor questions and training registrations.
- To keep the accounting and tax records Cameroonian law requires us to keep.
- To improve the site and our range, using aggregate figures rather than individual behaviour.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information to anybody.
- We do not rent or trade your phone number or email address to advertisers or list brokers.
- We do not send you marketing messages you did not ask for.
- We do not store card numbers. Payment is arranged at delivery or by the transfer method agreed with you.
Who else sees your data
Only the people who need it to complete what you asked for:
- Our own order desk, delivery and veterinary staff.
- The driver or transport partner delivering to you: name, phone number and address only.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
- Any authority we are legally required to disclose to.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for five years, which is the period we must be able to produce accounting records for.
Enquiry and registration messages are kept for as long as they are useful to answer you, and then deleted.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we are required by law to keep a record of a completed sale.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time and free of charge, to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Stop contacting you.
Write to info@dongutegroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may complain to the competent Cameroonian authority.
Children
This site is intended for adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
